Streszczenie: Problem zgody pacjenta na leczenie stanowi kluczowy element w procesie leczenia i świadczy o jego zgodności z prawem. W szczególnie uzasadnionych przypadkach dopuszczalne jest działanie lekarza bez zgody pacjenta. Wymaga to jednak spełnienia określonych prawem przesłanek i odnotowania tego faktu w dokumentacji medycznej.

Abstract: The issue of patient´s consent to treatment constitutes a key element of the treatment process and demonstrates its compliance with the law. In particularly justified cases, the physician΄s action is permitted without the patient΄s consent. However, this requires compliance with premises specified by the law and recording that fact in medical documentation.
