Streszczenie: Dezynfekcja rąk i skóry jest jednym z czynników warunkujących bezpieczeństwo epidemiologiczne personelu oraz pacjentów. Preparaty do dezynfekcji rąk i skóry zawierają poza substancjami czynnymi biobójczo, substancje pomocnicze, które pełnią funkcje pielęgnacyjne oraz nawilżające. Rola tych substancji na etapie wyboru preparatu często jest niedoceniana.

Abstract: Hand and skin disinfection is one of the main hygienic treatments which protect medical staff and patients from infections. Composition of hand disinfectant products include active ingredients and excipients. Excipients in preparation for hands and skin disinfection are responsible for the care and moisturizing. The role of excipients on the selection stage of the preparation is often underestimated.
