Peripheral giant cell granuloma with an atypical location – a case report

The Authors would like to present a case of an atypical, non-alveolar location of peripheral giant cell granuloma and its short characterization based on literature. A slowly growing nodule in the soft tissues of the cheek has been confirmed with a biopsy under the control of an ultrasound scanner. The change was enucleated from intraoral access. The final histopathological examination was consistent with the biopsy result.
