Streszczenie:
W pracy przedstawiono uwarunkowania hipotermii okołooperacyjnej, jej znaczenie kliniczne dla przebiegu procesu leczenia i zdrowienia pacjentów, a także aspekty ekonomiczne związane ze stosowaniem bądź zaniechaniem prewencji. Odniesiono się do realizacji ogólnoniemieckiego „Standardu S3” w praktyce klinicznej na przykładzie zintegrowanego bloku operacyjnego w Klinice Uniwersyteckiej Eppendorf w Hamburgu (Niemcy).

Abstract:
The paper presents the conditions of perioperative hypothermia, clinical significance for the course of treatment and recovery of patients, as well as economic aspects related to the use or discontinuation of prevention. Reference has been made to the implementation of the overall German “S3 Standard” in clinical practice with an integrated operating theater at the Eppendorf University Clinic in Hamburg (Germany) presented as an example.
